The Sliced Bread Treatment

In order to create a user friendly interface, we followed the Sliced Bread Design process which means we:

• Conducted a study of Adobe video conference users to understand their expectations and habits and to help develop requirements for a new system
• Created interactive wireframes based on our study and tested them iteratively with users in order to refine the interaction
• Designed a new visual look and feel for the screen that made the product more inviting while increasing usability
• Improved the language throughout the UI to mimic the users' natural vocabulary
