Understanding the User

In order to better understand the product’s users, Sliced Bread Design visited educators in their everyday work environments. Our researchers spent two weeks observing teachers and administrators assessing student performance, reviewing reports, and using the Edusoft product. By watching the user in action, our researchers were able to categorize the different types of users and understand the different needs of each group.
