Simplified Payroll

Users told us that they wanted a design which quickly communicated the what and when of payroll liability payments, then allowed them to review and confirm payment. Consequently, we:

• Designed a Payroll Center that communicated the due dates and statuses of payroll related activities and allowed multi-select of payments
• Designed a flow that guided users through filing/paying for each payroll liability or form individually. This allowed users to complete their transactions with confidence and ease
• Provided guidance for e-payment or check with printable confirmation screens for payees to file as hard copies, if desired
• Created a history center for users to review old payments, fix discrepancies, and understand status
