Business Need

Intuit QuickBooks embarked on a redesign of their Sales Intranet to meet industry standards for web design, to optimize for agent workflow, and to create an aesthetically pleasing and compelling experience. They asked Sliced Bread Design to conduct an expert review of their new design, redesign key screens, and create a final visual design template.

Strategy & Solution

In order to create a user friendly interface, we:

• Interviewed stakeholders to understand the concept behind the new design and assess user needs
• Conducted a heuristic evaluation of new designs and suggested global and page specific improvements to meet user needs and usability standards
• Created wireframes for key screens to communicate suggested improvements
• Created a final visual design in response to Intuit Sales Intranet branding and guidelines
