Understanding the Product

To determine areas that needed improvement, we conducted an expert review of the Wink service. This analysis covered topics such as navigation, standards, terminology, content, clarity, and visual design. We began the review process with background research that included stakeholder interviews, competitive landscape, and related documentation.

The expert review successfully identified areas for improvement in the Wink interface. During the expert review, we:

• Evaluated the overall design and functionality of the existing site
• Included a page by page analysis of the primary pages in the application
• Prioritized the primary areas for improvement
