Simplifying the Interaction & Clarifying the Site Purpose – My Wink (Home)

We used the results of the expert review to develop a new, easier to use interface for the Wink portal site, starting with the Wink home page.

To improve the Wink homepage, we:

• Created an overall information architecture for the site with supporting navigation that clearly provided next step flows
• Reorganized the home page to reduce clutter, to make it more useful, and to introduce a structure easily capable of accommodating increased functionality and content
• Introduced a Dashboard-style home page that allowed for quick and easy scanning of key information, that surfaced important functionality, and that enabled users to customize content quickly
