Design

Once we know what your product should do, we need to figure out how exactly it will work. What’s the first thing your user sees? What’s the most important thing for the user to know? There are all sorts of questions that need to be addressed in order to create a compelling product. That’s why we have many different ways of helping you to visualize different versions of your product’s interface, whether it’s a site map, a paper prototype, or HTML wireframes. The one thing that doesn’t change is our iterative process that helps us to rapidly create and then refine a design until it’s just right.

Interaction Design

When designing the interaction of the product, we have a variety of tools to help us create interfaces. We use site maps and flow diagrams to design the information architecture at a high level. Then we create HTML wireframes or prototypes to illustrate the interaction details.

Ideation & Prototyping

No matter how detailed the description, there’s nothing like seeing something for yourself. That’s why, during the prototyping phase of the project, we actually create a version of the product interface. Our interactive prototyping methodology allows us to use solutions such as linking together HTML wireframes in order to show users an onscreen interaction, or to create a physical model of a product to give users something to hold in their hands.

Visual Design

We believe in substance AND style. When coupled with an ineffective visual design, the best interaction design in the world can become unpleasant to use. In fact, a product is not finished until it fits your brand and attracts your users. Whether you want something charming or edgy, professional or laid back, we create great visual design that can achieve it. Our goal is to deliver a complete design package by creating a total, compelling, seductive experience that includes a look and feel that is unique to your product.
