We think the best way to learn how users interact with a product is to watch them interact with a product. We do that by conducting user research that helps us understand how customers actually use your and your competitors’ products.
Contextual Inquiry
There’s really no substitute for seeing your users in their natural habitat. That’s why we run Contextual Inquiry studies where we conduct in-depth, one-on-one interviews with your existing or potential customers in their homes or offices. This allows us to see your users in context and understand their mental models and expectations when performing tasks.
User Testing
By recruiting and testing just a small sample of your user base, we can learn how your users are interacting with your product. Our methods range from ongoing, lightweight Fast Insight™ tests to larger, more formal usability studies and focus groups. After all, the best way to know if your customers really understand your product is to watch them using it.
